There are a few things in life I count as the highest honor: being able to hold someone else’s newborn baby, being called “mama” by my sweet kiddos, referrals from clients for photo sessions because they loved my work. One honor I consider the greatest, though, is being chosen to take senior photos for younger siblings of past seniors. It’s just such a joy to get to know another member of a family that I had already grown to love!

Charlotte is the third of four sisters that I’ve gotten to take senior pictures for and when I say I’m GRATEFUL, FLATTERED, BLESSED to do it, I mean it!

We used a couple of spots in downtown Des Moines that matched her vibe before heading over to the Brenton Arboretum for sunset. I will never tire of beautiful flower field and willow tree senior pictures!
